Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 7, 2026 · These materials should be reviewed by a qualified attorney before publication or reliance.
Important: This Privacy Policy is a draft for product transparency. Have a qualified attorney review it before publication. Do not treat unverified statements about third-party AI providers as definitive.
1. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect:
- Account information — name, email address, password (stored hashed), and email verification status
- Usage information — feature use, workflow progress stored in your browser, and technical logs needed to operate the Service
- Communications — messages you send via Contact or support channels
2. Documents you upload
You may upload or paste government solicitations, amendments, attachments, company profiles, past-performance materials, and related business documents. These materials may contain sensitive commercial information. You control what you upload.
3. How uploaded documents are processed
Uploaded text and files are processed to extract readable content (where supported) and to generate AI-assisted analysis, summaries, matrices, drafts, and recommendations in the workflow and chat tools. Processing occurs to provide the features you request.
4. How AI processing works
When you run an analysis or generation step, relevant text (solicitation excerpts, instructions, and optional company-profile context) is sent to the platform's integrated AI service so a model can return a response. Model outputs are shown to you in the application. We do not claim specific third-party model training or retention practices beyond what the platform operator has verified.
5. Third-party AI and service providers
The Service runs on hosting and application infrastructure that may include database, authentication, and integrated AI components operated by the platform provider. Those providers process information as needed to deliver the Service. We do not make unverified claims about how any underlying model provider uses data for training.
6. Who can access documents
Access is limited to systems and personnel needed to operate, secure, and support the Service, subject to access controls. Other users cannot see your private account content unless you intentionally share it outside the product.
7. Retention
Account data is retained while your account remains active and as needed for security, legal, and operational purposes.
Chat / AI message history associated with your account may be stored so you can resume work, subject to platform retention settings.
Workflow project state (market selection, step progress, extracted text, drafts) is primarily stored in your browser's local storage on the device you use. Clearing site data removes that local project state.
8. How to delete your information
You may request deletion of your account and associated server-stored data by contacting us via the Contact page. You can also clear browser local storage to remove local workflow project data. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
9. Account information handling
Passwords are stored using the authentication system's hashing mechanisms. Email may be used for verification, security notices, and service-related messages. We do not sell your account information as a standalone product.
10. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the Service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
11. Children
The Service is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16 (or the age required in your jurisdiction).
12. Changes and contact
We may update this Privacy Policy. For privacy requests, use the Contact page.
