Important: These Terms are a draft template for product transparency. They must be reviewed by a qualified attorney before publication. This page is not a substitute for legal review.
1. Service description
GovConAnalyzer is an AI-assisted government contracting analysis and proposal-support tool. It helps users analyze solicitations, organize requirements, draft content, and evaluate opportunities. It does not replace attorneys, contracting officers, procurement specialists, or official government sources.
2. AI-generated content
Outputs may be produced in whole or in part by artificial intelligence. AI-generated information may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Content is labeled as AI-generated or AI-assisted where practical. AI-generated material is not an official government determination.
3. No legal advice or legal representation
GovConAnalyzer is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal services. Nothing on the Service constitutes an attorney-client relationship. Do not rely on the Service as a substitute for advice from a qualified attorney.
4. No procurement or professional advice guarantee
The Service does not provide official procurement advice from any government agency and does not guarantee accuracy of analysis, proposal compliance, responsiveness, evaluation success, or contract award. Recommendations (including bid/no-bid assessments) are informational decision support only. Final decisions belong to you.
5. User responsibility for verification
You are solely responsible for:
- Independently reviewing and verifying all AI-generated information
- Checking original solicitations, amendments, regulations, and authoritative government sources
- Verifying company information, certifications, past performance, representations, and claims before submission
- Making final bid/no-bid, business, contractual, legal, and financial decisions
- Obtaining professional advice when appropriate
- All final submissions to government agencies or prime contractors
6. Limitation of reliance on AI-generated information
You agree not to treat AI-generated outputs as definitive legal, regulatory, financial, or procurement determinations. Limitation of liability and warranty disclaimers in your final attorney-reviewed Terms should address reliance on AI outputs.
7. Uploaded documents
You represent that you have the right to upload documents you provide and that doing so does not violate law or third-party rights. Do not upload classified information or materials you are not authorized to process.
8. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for activity under your account. Some features require a verified email address.
9. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected components except as allowed by law, or use outputs to misrepresent qualifications to a government buyer.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms when legally permitted. Material changes should be communicated as required by law.
